If you stay out in the open the Gorog will attack much as it did in the first portion, slamming and swiping at you with its fists. Rather than take this pummeling just head to the far left of the area. You'll come to a pillar the Gorog is holding onto for support.
Standing behind this pillar you'll be impervious to most of its attacks. Just stand there and zap him with your force lightning. Some storm troopers may show up, kill them to regain some health. After Gorog has taken enough damage it will smash away some debris on the right hand side of the ledge. This will clear the path allowing you to jump to the top of a platform there. Once on the top, Gorog will grab on to the platform giving you an opportunity to attack it directly with your lightsabers.
Cause some more damage and the Gorog will move to a second area, identical to the first.
