You will see a very nice view at 9F. The plumbing needs a little maintenance. The ventilation in the bathroom was it working. I really love the place and hotel and Main thing is right next to masjid Mosque. Just 6 clothes hangers in a 4 person room, thats not enough for winter. We booked two rooms and they were both a bit small and one of them did not have a window.

However, the staff were kind and they were able to change one of the rooms to a bigger one and that has a window and a view. There was no water in the room for the available coffee and tea. The lighting in the room is not enough. The breakfast was okay; however, it should be more international. The Internet wasn't good. The staff were very nice and helpful. We immediately let the reception know. They told that they cant bring another one such hotel should have at least 1 as emergency and that we will have it tomorrow. So small primitive problem which could easily resolve just buying from next shop. They just answer like they dont care but for long hair and for November is a problem! Anyway, The problem which u can across could be different but their attitude - the same "i don't care". If You are a worker- so work, not just seat in front of desk! Breakfast is very poor. No eggs, no omlette, no European food. All food cheap and not fresh, everyday the same.

A lot of bad things i can say about this hotel but there is no sense - they dont care anyway. I just advice to whom think to book this hotel- look something else, here u will not feel Really Welcome. The worst staff i have ever seen.

The only positive thing is that it was Clean. Big Thanks to cleaning lady. I asked the staff to bring the third pack of towels we lived in the room for three people and there were onky two towels. Two times i asked, two times the hotel employee said "Ok, i will bring them", but in the end we didn't get any. The view from the terrace was amazing. The room looked new but there were a couple of problems: The location is fantastic: The breakfast was substantial. Can't complain at all. The room was clean and ideal for a couple.

The breakfast is always included and you cant choose with or without breakfast and is the same everyday.. I think they should diversify more their breakfast. The staff is so friendly and I love them. Need to expand the cleaning under beds, do routine maintenance to keep their property tide and always like new.

The beauty of Otel is located beside an historical mosque. Breakfast didn't include coffee espresso and Turkish at least and juices could have been better, fresh squeezed for example, but that's practically it. The bathroom was so small that you could hardly turn around in it. We stayed in a lovely decorated honeymoon suite which had 2 double bed! Not all the food was fresh every day so you had to be careful what you ate. My friend had food poisoning from the breakfast on the last day. The bathroom basin had a bad leak which I told the manager about but nothing was done. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the motel is in a great location.
