Of course, the host of secondary characters is really fantastic. I love the parents and, of course, the cameos from some of my favorite Max Monroe characters. They just also add that extra something to the story. The chemistry between these two are more than explosive. The chase, the falling in love, the physical and emotional intimacy are all perfect. But what I love the most, what really seals the deal is how both of these characters behave when the climax of the story hits.

It could have been epically awful. They could have reacted in an immature fashion, but their behavior, their words really encapsulate everything they are. Readers are going to love the story line. It was fantastic to watch these two go on a journey I never even expected, which genuinely made this story so enjoyable. The falling, the conflict, the resolution are all fantastic, and I loved getting to witness these two finally get their happily ever after.

I don't know how they do it, and at this point, I don't even care to know. Because holy mother of God! Scottie the Hottie, Dr. Too good to be true. Downright dangerous to a woman's control. I cannot help but keep lamenting on how his character was an absolute Another insanely hot and enticing book from Max Monroe! I cannot help but keep lamenting on how his character was an absolute riot to read. Their dynamic together was utterly hilarious, witty, and scorching hot!

This book is without a doubt a 5 star must read! And I'm just gonna say it OB in the naughty department, and is quickly edging out Tapping the Billionaire for swoon-worthiness. Sorry not sorry, Kline. Brilliantly written, the story instantly captured my attention.

Ooh Baby Baby: 9 Must-Read Pregnancy Romance Books

The entertainment factor of this book was top-notch. A passionate connection between two people adamantly against relationships, a sucky columnist job revolving around not-so-true facts, a reality show that brings hundreds dare I say thousands? You will laugh, you will cringe, and you'll most definite burn up from the heat.

No question about it. So if you fell in love Dr. OB, then get ready Jun 26, Three Chicks rated it really liked it. While the first subject of the series, Will Cummings his story was Dr. OBscene has had a time of it, Scott has toned down his every day habits, keeping his hook ups on the down low so they don't blow up and ruin his image as the cool, confidant, immensely talented head of St.

Luke's Hospital's ER department. He's not about to give the gossip lovers anything to talk about. Her job as a columnist for the magazine may not be exactly what she wants but it pays the bills. Harlow's a fun girl-loves men, loves sex. It's a sexual encounter gone bad that brings her to the ER to get a gash on her forehead examined. One magazine article later and the two are connected. Dr ERotic is full of sexy times, hysterical banter, and some gut wrenching angst.

Both Harlow and Scott are loveable and do their best to prove to themselves that they aren't in a relationship; this is just friends and sex. Ladies, get out those kitchen mitts, cause you're going to need them to hold your E-readers! Jun 22, Ginger Snaps rated it it was amazing Shelves: This magical writing duo has done it again with the second book in their St. My husband is out of town for work and we've been separated less than 5 times in 21 years. We don't do well without each other.

As an avid reader, I read one book every days. Well yesterday I was so depressed about missing my husband that I couldn't even read. I'd try one book Would stop and stare at the wall. This This magical writing duo has done it again with the second book in their St. This night owl even went to bed last night at 8pm so I could try to get another day out of the way until I saw my husband again. I'm not going to say that this book was so good I totally forgot I was missing my husband and ignored the kids until I finished it, because that might make me look bad, but it's totally true.

No worries, my husband doesn't read my reviews and our kids are old enough to make their own sandwiches anyway. Will Cummings from the first book in the series was my favorite doctor, but he has been bumped out of my 1 spot by Dr. I freaking loved her character! I love smart and witty chicks.

This is yet another 5 star book from the authors that are Max Monroe and if you like humor and steam and well written books that can make you forget your husband of 21 years is out of town, READ THIS! I was generously provided a copy of this book for an honest review. Aug 14, bittersweetreads rated it really liked it. I was damn sure I closed my e-reader with a silly grin on my face and I all but whooped because the Max Monroe I knew from the Bad Boy Billionaires series is back with its signature touch.

Who to blame for this killer happiness? Oh my, this pair just fit so perfectly. Harlow is hands down one of the most chill and drama free heroine I have ever read. She was annoyed by Scott from the get go, which I found different from the typical heroine who got immediately enthralled by the hero.

Sure, inside she was swooning but damn if she easily showed it. Scott had to up his moves just to get a date with this girl. And let me tell you he was smooth, charming and persistent with a touch of douchebagery. I loved that Scott and Harlow were collected and easy when it came down to taking their relationship to the next level. Their passion for each other just bloomed naturally even though they have commitment issues. It even became more beautiful with the shit storm they had to go through together.

These two were interesting individually but they were even more magnetic together. They owned their personalities and this love story. The twist half way through was rich and the circumstances were surprising. I also loved the parentals that bring in more heart and balance to its oozing sexiness. There was this premise revolving around Harlow that felt slightly similar to that of Dr.

If you are feeling blue and in need of a feel-good romance then I highly recommend Dr. ERotic by Max Monroe. I promise, Harlow and Scott will slowly grow on you and will have you completely captivated when you reach the end. I even shed a tear or two. Jun 26, Siri rated it did not like it. R manwhore to the max i dont like ow or om mentioned in books. While I loved Dr. Other than that, the main ones from the first installment do make some appearances, but it's not enough to take away from Scott, Harlow and any other facet that makes this book so fucking great.

So, let's get started, shall we? If you skipped straight over the introduction to Will book 1 , no worries, Max Monroe does a good job with a quick hello during the prologue.

A sexy Wyoming cowboy Riders #5 - Adult Fiction Audiobook HD

This is where we also meet Scott Shepard or what he soon becomes known as. Will Cummings, Scott Shepard and Nick Raines coming to us in much greater detail on August 29 have all agreed to allow cameras to follow them around and star in a docuseries. It didn't go too well for Will, but he did get the girl in the end, so all is good. Shepard's turn, but I think we should kick things off with Harlow, our feisty leading lady. She's got herself a tried and true bestie in Amanda, her parents are happily divorced and she works as a columnist at Gossip magazine, a job she isn't too thrilled about, but does pay the bills.

Except for the fact that it's been ages since a dick has put a smile on her face, life ain't too terribly shabby. The needing a dick to put a smile on her face is where we first meet up with Harlow. Long story short, Harlow needed to get laid, like yesterday, so in her desperation, she agrees to go out on a date with Barron Alexander Conrad III-if someone with a pretentious name like that even knows how to work a cock, I'm gonna need to see it.

Anywho, a vagina that hasn't been well used lately, will suffer through just about anything, because Harlow's goal is definitely one that ends with shouty affirmations to our Lord and Savior, but instead all she gets instead is a gash on the forehead and the shouty words to our Lord and Savior takes on a different tone. I hope you can see where this story is going, well at least see where part of it is going. After Barron the third passes out, too much blood and all that jazz, Harlow finds herself in the St. Any guess who the head of the ER department and the doctor on duty is?

So far being the star of a reality tv show has its perks, the job is going wonderfully and the women are lining up. Columnist for a gossip magazine. Scott doesn't do relationships, a previous bad experience has put Harlow off from making any sort of commitment. Harlow gets the inside scoop on one fuckhot doctor and Scott discovers that Dr.

ERotic loves a good challenge and the feisty columnist is turning him on like no one previous. I mean c'mon this is the shit that great rom-coms are made of. But don't worry BXTCHES, Max Monroe does throw some drama our way, I mean you can't fuck your way through a chunk of the population and not have some of that broken heart not come back and bite you right in the dick. And, Harlow brings her own set of luggage to the party.

So, it's not all fun and games and stitches and dicks, there's gonna be a part of this book that may have your heart dropping a bit. Besides the ability to tell fantastic stories, Max Monroe is brilliant when it comes to writing supporting characters. The magic was brought to us first in the Billionaire Bad Boys Series and it continues to be the case for this one. Usually when I dive into a series, I can't wait to catch up with the ones that I have already fallen for, but we didn't get that a lot here, it was brief and I wasn't even disappointed.

And to be honest, I wouldn't be mad if we were able to get some backstory on the parental units that come from any of these series, that is how well they are written. They are witty, they are hilarious, they are inappropriate, they are loving. Every character written to tell this story, played the part and played it well. The sex was good, which if you have already plowed through Kline and Georgia OR Thatch and Cassie OR Wes and Winnie OR Will and Melody, then you know how well the dancing goes down between the sheets in a Max Monroe book, but as crazy as it may sound, my favorite part of the panty melting action in Dr.

ER happened to be the dirty talk, I'm a sucker for some words that make the toes curl and those words got used in all the right places. Lots of couples have been brought to life by the two who call themselves Max Monroe and while I don't know who occupies the top spot it really just depends on who I'm reading at that moment , I do believe that Scott and Harlow are close to it. In my experience, sometimes it's hard to top the lead off couple in a series, but Max Monroe managed to pull the impossible.

I think I'm nine books into the fabulousness that is Max Monroe and I have yet to be disappointed. Every page turned, every story told, every character created. And while I still may not know who Max or Monroe actually are though I always think I'm starting to figure it out , as long as they keep giving me the humor mixed with great stories and characters that I fall in love with, not to mention the escape they are so kind to bless me with. Jun 24, Amy rated it it was amazing.

Somewhat to my surprise, I loved this book. OB , disappointed me. I felt like they trod familiar territory, and they seemed to rely too much on their Billionaire Bad Boys characters. I like Thatch, but he had his time, you know? They don't need to use those three characters as their crutch.

Before I started readi Somewhat to my surprise, I loved this book. That did not happen, and I am ecstatic. It's funny, it's sweet, it's scorching hot, and it leaves you feeling good about the characters and story. In Scott Shephard, Max Monroe have a guy who is sure of himself - and rightfully so. He's a skilled emergency room physician and newly minted reality TV star, and he knows how to play the game. Whereas Will Cummings Dr.

See a Problem?

OB fell victim to the cameras, Scott understands how to make them work for him. He's a womanizer, but he's smart about it. He doesn't let viewers see how he interacts with women. He doesn't use them - he's quite transparent about what he wants and expects - but their expectations beyond the sexy times do not matter to him. This unsettles him somewhat. He's used to being the object of infatuation, not the other way around. Harlow, though, makes her disdain quite apparent. She's watched him on the show and, as a gossip columnist, she knows a snow job when she sees it.

Harlow is a handful. Luckily for her - and Scott - he's up to the challenge. Max Monroe build an interesting conflict between the two. It doesn't feel forced, and it makes you wonder how Scott and Harlow will work things out. And then there are the sexy times. Strap on those vibrators, girls, because Max Monroe deliver some scorching hot headboard rocking quite literally, in one case. All of this passion between Scott and Harlow serves as a foundation for developing a relationship.

There are moments in sex when you reveal yourself, and Max Monroe use that effectively here. Kudos to this writing team for their confidence in this book. Perhaps they have learned to let Thatch go live happily with Cassie and the rest of the gang. Jun 15, Sheri rated it really liked it Shelves: Unfortunately, I had a hard time connecting to the female character in this book. Harlow is a columnist at Gossip, a smut rag.
