Although the furniture and toilet are kinda old but all good. The breakfast is OKAY. But my son totally love it, he walked around the hotel, literally one round of the hotel, we discovered all places. It feels different and so so worth it.

Breakfast has enough varieties to satisfy me. The hotel was overall nice but needs facelift badly. I think this is a good place for weekend staycation.

The rooms were very big and spacious - 2 rooms in one! Bed was very comfortable and large and could fit people. The breakfast was scrumptious and full of variety. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Reviewed August 13, I went there for my honeymoon and the room was super good and comfortable. It was neat and very tidy. The food was good, i spent almost 2hrs eating. There were nails sticking out of the floor carpet.
The place seems run down and many of the utilities are either in poor condition, damaged or were not working. Upon arrival, the male staff at the check in counter was super unfriendly. It took quite a time for him to settle the check-in process. The price stated on the apps was not the final price. To me, this is an issue of transparency. Had i know the price would be higher, I won't book this hotel. The bad experience don't stop there. As we reach the room, the carpet in the room got a bad smell. It was also dirty and old. The toilet was unclean. They also forgot to provide us the hotel towel.
Can't believe they got the audacity to call themselve as a prestigous 5 star hotel when they can't pass the cleanliness aspect. They air conditioner was standardized for the building, therefore we cannot adjust the temperature tho we were very cold.

All in all, it wasn't worth your money. It's better to stay at a 3 stars hotel and book their deluxe suite. They don't even worth the 2. What a ridiculous score booking. Go back and learn how to calculate the mean score. The room was a little dated, could do with a makeover, but reflected in the price. A horse lovers dream. Very slow checkin process.. Payment method is so bad. Im wasting my time almost 1hour to tackle the issue. The drainage system is bad. Remote control tv is not working 6. The pressure of shower is bad. I like the location of property.. The receptionist did not know that I booked the room via Booking.
The receptionist gave a different rate for breakfast than the rate states at Booking.

The Hotel needs to be closed down and refurbished, while their refurbishing the staff can go away and be trained, 20 minutes to check in is not acceptable, having no beer in your bar because you ran out! I have stayed at this Hotel many times due to its location for my work. I will travel from the City. The rooms need to be renovated. Also, the carpet was not in a good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
