The story examines issues of medical ethics, legal ethics, and social injustices. It is also a story of the many facets of love. The little book 'Packets of Seeds: Messages from Kehnroth Schramm, M. Through me, Ken describes his experience of dying and living in the hereafter. During our quarter of a century working together, Doctor Ken Schramm and I were doing old fashioned house calls and psychotherapy in family homes, where we often painted and sculpted with children and their parents.

Ken and I volunteered in a school for a while, providing extra curricular clay time for children who would be waiting for us and overflowed the large classroom. Some of the children were having troubles in their lives and definitely did not want to be in school, but to the surprise of the administration and parents, these same children would be early, waiting at the tables on the days we would be at the school and they would run to help us unload clay from the car. Art was more important in the health of the children than adults had recognized, and some failed to recognize regardless of the children's changed behavior.

I have been lucky to have studied with many painters and sculptors doing varying styles. It started when my Father encouraged me as a six year old and helped me to order a drawing lesson kit. My grade one teacher introduced me to clay and glazes. It was then that I realized how important art is to the development of children.

When the art supply cupboard opened and I could smell the art materials, I thought I was in Heaven. The arts in the lives of children should not be underestimated. My experiences as a Midwife do continue to influence my art, and children suffering at the hands of man and nature do enter my work as though calling out for recognition. Available to ship in days.

Sunday evenings, her parents cuddled together on the sofa with children in a circle on the floor, listening to their stories. When visiting her grandparents' home on the farm, after a hard day's work her grandfather, father and uncles would sit on the floor with their backs to the wall while the women sat on the chairs, and stories were told by the hour.

Children took it all in by the warm glow of coal oil lamps. Daisy's reading has been mainly medicine and biographies about musicians and artists.
