Vampires Sex Slave (m/F, BDSM erotica) (The Vampire Code Book 1)

There were scenes I couldn't stand reading but I still did, because it was written well. Devlin has a tragic past and it's fate that brought them together in that secluded bar in the Outback. I liked him a lot, his soul is scarred and he matched well with Danny. I don't know what else to write, I guess I'm still dazed by the extremes. May 13, Gladys glad4twilight rated it it was amazing Shelves: I wanted him and I wanted her!!!

What a great sexy hot erotic book. Dev an Aussie outback falls for a blonde vamp by the name of Danny, it was so hot from page one in the bar scene I had to take deep breaths!! What a great romantic story Danny is amazing she really knows how to stand up for herself and she also likes submissive women a trait I liked in her. Dev had a great loss and I'm glad he was able to love again even though Danny was rough on him by binding him and making him take another ma I wanted him and I wanted her!!! Dev had a great loss and I'm glad he was able to love again even though Danny was rough on him by binding him and making him take another man it was crazy!!

Damn those dinner scenes in this series are something, the way each vamp plays a role my head is spinning by the end of it. I cried in this book because Danny envisioned herself making a home for Dev and his lost wife and child it was so sad and touching. Lyssa the queen makes a great appearance in this book making everyone do what she wants and adding herself to it. Dev has a funny witty way about him that I love including an enormous penis which is played up so much in this book it's practically 3d!!

Well I will end it on that note and say this book was huge!! Mar 02, Jennifer rated it it was amazing Shelves: This was an interesting 3rd book for the series which takes place in the early 50s in Western Australia. I have to admit that the dialog and expressions were hard to get used to, but in the end, lent such an air of authenticity. Lady Daniella meets bushman, Devlin in a rough bar in the Outback. We met both of them previously at the vampire gathering in present times in the second book.

This is their story.

Lady Daniella, aka Danny, is preparing to take back her rightful territory from her late mother's mate.

Dev comes along for the ride, captivated by the woman he soon learns is NOT human. This is such a romantic story! It is, of course, filled with bloody battles and intense sex. But the author is able to capture you with her character driven stories. Danny and Dev fall in love in a world where vamps are always dominant to humans and this leads to some interesting encounters. The end was very emotional for me. Feb 12, Melanie rated it really liked it Shelves: I did enjoy this book. It was a little hard for me to get into it at first.

But, I think a big part of that was that I was sick and just could not focus on the story very well. Once I started feeling better, I enjoyed the story much more. At first, I didn't care for Danny, but really enjoyed Devlin. You really see Danny grow up in this story. You also get to see Dev come to terms with many things in his life and the past that has haunted him. I also greatly enjoyed reading a story that takes pla I did enjoy this book. I also greatly enjoyed reading a story that takes place in Australia. It is the first story I have read that takes place there. It is one of my fantasy vacation spots, so it made me want to go even more.

Sep 23, Jennifer rated it really liked it Shelves: This is the third in Joey Hill's Vampire Queen series. Where as the others took place in the present, the setting for this one is the Australian Outback in I thoroughly enjoyed the bits of history that come through the story.

These books are hard core. I admire the author's commitment to pushing to the extreme in the sexual situations because it really confirms what these vampires are all about. In the context of the story I found it to be very moving and profound. I've been waiting for book 3 in the vampire series. I liked this one just as much. Lady Daniela is admirable. I like her strength. Dev is a bit of a tool at times, but I can understand why.

Men just hate to submit, even just in name. The only thing I don't like is how long it is between one book and the next. Another winner for me, Ms. Jan 10, Joni Stevens rated it it was amazing. I would recommend reading this one first since it is set in Australia. It gives you a better understanding of the Vampire politics and gives you a prequel to Queen Lyssa and I enjoyed it very much! Oct 25, Joy rated it it was amazing Shelves: Dev and Danny are two of my very favorite Joey Hill characters.

Sep 22, Rene' Hurt rated it it was amazing. A great love story. I would recommend this one to every one. Nov 17, Kylie Griffin rated it it was amazing Shelves: I have no words to describe this book other than bloody brilliant! This is a forever keeper and I'll be rereading it time and again. Nov 13, Karla Schneider rated it really liked it. Wow, an unmarked human carried a lb woman on his shoulders in the tundra for 5 miles under the desert sun like it was nothing. I think the Tarzan male characters that are the focus of these books are a bit inhuman.

For one thing, people who drink everyday and don't work out can't be extremely muscular like the descriptions Jacob spends his spare time reading books and Devlin drinking booze doesn't help with their physique. May 22, TinaMarie rated it it was amazing. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Western Australia, , This story takes place before The Vampire Queen's Servant first book in the series but I think the reading is better in the third place it was published. Another strong male, but tortured soul has a chance run in with a female vamp that changes everything for him and for her.

They help heal and protect each other. There's a LOT of sex but it's so well woven into a great story. Enjoyable read Enjoyed this book, though I must say, not quite as much as the first two. Beautiful, artful writing of course Hill never falls short there , but for me, the power packed emotion between the characters just wasn't felt in this one. Still, I'll read the next in series, as I'm curious to learn more about the illusive Lord Mason!

Fantastic You will love this book the whole series it's sexy, steamy, sweet, romantic, dramatic and action packed you won't be able to put it d o wn. May 20, Coral rated it it was amazing Shelves: Another great edition to the series. Love the change up from the first two books with new characters, setting, and story. Oct 17, Noura rated it it was amazing. The story starts off quite tame in the beginning - broken man drifting along finding no purpose in life; a stunning vampire who coincidentally or is it?

Dev is brooding and protective, Danny is strong and fearless despite her pretty girl image. He's crude, has a wicked sense of humour yes, he would make you smile , has decent domestic skills who says being tough means you can't do womanly tasks? Aussie accent and slang words thrown in think Hugh Jackman in the movie Australia More like the anti-hero type.

Stubborn, persistent, a bit nerdy. Again i have to say Ms Hill knows how to describe sceneries - she engages all the senses to a point where you can see, hear and smell the whole environment, feel the dust and heat, smell the sweat E www Example "bonza place" made go go "whhhaaT? Gives a very Aussie flavour to the story. Like he's indulging her but feels that she is just a flighty female.

It felt more like a rape scene. Luckily the scene was described in a non-seedy way, so it's not so bad. Would i recommend this? Should you read the first 2 books? No, not necessarily since this story is before Jacob. Again, this book is not for those with delicate sensibilities or has a strong sense of what and how sex should be like. Aug 30, Isabel rated it really liked it Shelves: So far my favourite book from the Vampire Queen series. We saw him and his Mistress briefly in the second book of the series, when Lyssa and Jacob attend the Council as Lyssa's last attempt to stop Carnal and his thugs to revel against the Council law.

Dev gave Jacob both support and advise, and Danny lend him to Lyssa to be used during one of the Council 'entertainments' where Jacob unwillingly had to participate. Devlin definitely is the man: Wild, hot, challenging and ultimately submissive t So far my favourite book from the Vampire Queen series. Wild, hot, challenging and ultimately submissive to and only to his Mistress.

To begin with, Danny is in the prime of her life: Add to this being natural born dominant, taking from Dev his submission without his consent and after the dramatic events he put himself through for her, giving him back his freedom. She is sexy, strong and ruthless with both her allies and enemies. That's how their story begin. After being left behind, Dev cannot help being protective about her and follows her, helps her survive a treacherous attack from Danny's rival and pretender, sees her at her very worst, and makes both survive and recover what is hers by rights.

Michelle is a fiery and believable character even for a vampire.

Her short temper and flair for a "naughty" mouth gave the book just the "write" spark. The This book was a gracious gift from the author. The sex scenes in this book were incredible. The desire and hunger for not only blood it is a vampire book! Whether you are a male or female reader there is a portion that will make you slightly warm.

It has a touch of BDSM and the author draws the reader into those scenes as well. I plan to read it again, which is rare for me. The book was full of the of seedy night life and had plenty of action. The author painted a vivid picture of what it might be like to a vampire in New York. The most interesting thing about the book itself was the unusual thoughts and actions of Michelle as far as being a member of the un-dead. I got the impression that Aaron was going to be just another vampire flunky.

The plot had several twists and turn that lined up in way to keep your attention even in the wee hours of the night. I won't spoil the ending but this book was a good read. The way this was written, it was if I was going through the transformation with Aaron. His personality changed too, from kind of a nerd to a stud…a boy to a man. Travis Luedke wrote this like he lived it. I could see the location, see exactly what the characters looked like and what they were feeling. Michelle, was a hard ass but she had to be, being a female vamp and all. I admired her struggle between totally dominating Aaron or letting him grow as a vampire, she took the right path.

The love scenes…heck not love…hot erotic sex had me riveted. That was a hoot! Kyle was a trip and I would love to see him come back in the second of the series…which I will be reading. Girls, when you read this, do not…I repeat, do not be a Delia. As you all can tell, I really like this book…action, sex, emotional trauma…is what excites me. Really enjoyed this book. Totally excited for the next one! Aaron is just an average, insecure 22 year old guy. He works at a crappy job, is a roommate with his best friend Kyle and recently dumped by Delia - who he has begged to take him back.

Outside a restaurant, two crooked cops are harassing a woman. They think she is a hooker and are shaking her down when Aaron walks out and begins watching the events unfold. The cops have their guns drawn and the woman attacks which causes one of the guns Really enjoyed this book. The cops have their guns drawn and the woman attacks which causes one of the guns to go off and consequently the bullet hits Aaron. The woman takes care of the cops and then rushes to Aaron with the intent of killing him.

Things happen and when Aaron wakes up, he is confused. The woman is there. She tells him her name is Michelle. She begins to tell him what has happened and he finds out that Michelle is a vampire and that in order to save him, she had to turn him. She is his master. He is under her control, whims and sexual appetites. She begins teaching him all he needs to know and then some. Read this book to find out what happens next. This is book one in a series, but is a stand alone book. This is for mature readers due to graphic situations and sex.

Aaron is in the wrong place at the wrong time and Michelle, an exotic vampire, has to choose to turn him or let him die. Good thing for us that she decides to turn him, so that we can read about their slightly warped love story. I love when an author builds the characters and fills them out. It is something I look for in every book I read or write, and Luedke does this very well. From Aaron is in the wrong place at the wrong time and Michelle, an exotic vampire, has to choose to turn him or let him die.

From the blurb on Amazon, I expected the relationship between Michelle and Aaron to be a little darker and more twisted. As it turned out, I think their relationship, despite a couple of rough patches, was pretty sweet, loving and supportive. I like how, by the end of the story, Aaron had become a strong man and I like him as an alpha male. Overall, an easy read that can be finished in one afternoon. I love the main characters and feel like this was a good introduction to them. I hope for just a little more plot in Las Vegas, which is on my list to read.

This is a wonderfully written vampire story!! A fast paced, easy read that grabs you from the first page and just keeps going. I would say it is like 50 Shades of Grey only with vampires and written much better! I love that it has a slightly new take on vampires that combines traditional aspects with some new characteristics! The sex and violence scenes are very graphic and much more like an adult vampire love story than most others I have read.

The characters were very well-rounded and Aaron ha This is a wonderfully written vampire story!! The characters were very well-rounded and Aaron has a great background that gives added dimension to his character and makes him easy to relate to, but I would love to hear more of Michelle's background maybe in the next book! Aaron's quick acceptance of his fate was a surprising plus, as I tire quickly of drawn out acceptance issues. There were definitely no "slow" areas in this story at all! It was in an almost constant state of action, which was very nice no one likes slow stories!

The only part I was iffy on was near the end when Michelle confronts Delia. Part of me was thinking it was a little too much, but the other part of me thought it went quite well with the rest of the story. If you like vampire love stories, you will love this book! I had the opportunity to read this book as one of Travis' critique partners. It was a great book. It's about 22 year old Aaron Pilan.

At the begining of the book he's at the wrong place at the wrong time. As he's getting out of work, he sees two New York City police officers roughing up a young woman named Michelle. As Aaron steps in to help, he's shot. In order to save his life, Michelle turns him into a vampire. Thus begins his night life. As his master Michelle teaches him the ins and outs of I had the opportunity to read this book as one of Travis' critique partners.

As his master Michelle teaches him the ins and outs of being a vampire. Through his learning he becomes strong and confident. The novel is fast paced and action packed. For those that like a little bit of romance, there are some pretty steamy scenes! I would recommend this to anyone that likes stories about vampires. Dec 16, C. This book had been mentioned on twitter a lot so I thought I would give it a go.

I really liked the story it is an interesting twist on the vampire scene. I loved the transformation of the main character Aaron from young timid boy to a strong man who is ready to protect the woman he loves. The chase from the corrupt officers is exciting and fast paced and offers some breath holding moments. What a fantastic book! It delivers on all it promises. It is a fast, erotic, fun, well written story. It is a fast, fun ride following Aaron on his transformation from ordinary to extraordinary. The transition to becoming a vampire as well as the development of the relationship between characters is well developed.

This is a book that you do not want to put down. Each chapter builds upon the last. Each plot twist is deliberate and creates a new layer of excitement. I am excited that this is just What a fantastic book! I am excited that this is just the beginning! Book two is in my kindle and ready to go.

New York" is an exceptionally written novel. I thoroughly enjoyed this paranormal experience. He has mastered the life of vampires so well, even allowing readers into the very thoughts of the overall experience - I am in awe! I look forward to reading more from this author. New author for me The last half of the book really intrigued me enough to see where this series goes.

Interesting characters and some interesting sex. Made for a unique relationship. I really liked this book. It was an interesting take on ze vampires and ze little drink. I would recommend this book and can't wait to see more from this series! The blog tour showed up a couple days later and I thought, well, I committed myself to suffering through one book about vampires, why not all three.

If I wanted to read Twilight, I would. So naturally, I was ready to force myself through this book and write a review which would probably not do it justice. But there is an eternal price to pay. I suddenly felt the need to have Aaron sink his fangs in my neck… with a result like you get from reading this book, it would so be worth it.

I think about the strength and movement these two make in the night and the abilities they have… what I would give to be able to read minds, leap from building to building and to have such amazing strength…beyond the strength, it comes back to the amazing adventures in the bedroom, on the dance floor, in a hotel room, or anywhere there is clean blood. I was lost in this book and I really enjoyed the pull it had on me.

One criticism I usually have when more than one language is used in writing is that I feel lost… I am one of those people that needs to read things in the language I know. However, with that said, I did not feel lost by the language; I was captured by the language as much as the characters. I loved Aaron and Michelle and the nuances of New York. I was addicted to this book and maybe the hope of the bite. For me that says so much about the writer. Travis Luedke took me to a whole new dimension in books to read with this and I was so excited to read about Michelle and Aaron hitting the strip next in The Nightlife Las Vegas.

Seriously battling this new found addicition to vampire erotic romance Yeah, who am I kidding? No I'm not and I don't intend to. I love vampires and I love erotic romance. So lets get to it, shall we? This story centers around Michelle, a vampire and apparently drop dead gorgeous escort, and Aaron, a young waiter with serious self confidence issues that allows most folks to just walk over him. He's working in a restaurant and getting off work when he comes across what looks l Seriously battling this new found addicition to vampire erotic romance He's working in a restaurant and getting off work when he comes across what looks like an angel to him in Michelle.

She's mesmerizing to him, and this leads him to get a bit stupid. Two cops decide to hassle her and Michelle decides to kick the crap out of them. Unfortunately, she gets just slightly sloppy and doesn't properly disarm one. When Aaron tries to come to her defense, he's shot. Michelle is then left with a dilemma, and decides to turn him.

  6. There's a major drawback to being turned. The person turned is the servant of the person turning them. And the impression of Michelle being an angel is dispelled quickly. She has little to no patience and a vicious streak. Of course, Aaron is more than a little naive, and in some cases Michelle's control freak tendencies are quite useful in saving him. Of course, she also uses sex to get what she wants, instead of simply ordering him to do or say what she wants every time. When he gets too drunk on his abilities or too hungry with feeding, she does exercise her will using her masterly bond.

Sucks to be Aaron in that case but oh well. Each of the two have some deep embedded issues. Aaron has abandonment issues with his mother and a severe lack of self confidence. Michelle has control issues after being subjected to the maniacal control of her own master for years. As if that wasn't enough conflict, they have the two cops that got them into this mess after them, and they aren't the good kind of cops. They're worthless scum of the earth that abuse their power, and they're determined to exact revenge on the woman who had humiliated them.

The author has a way of drawing you into the main characters. This is the second one I've read and each time, I hate the vampires from the start. In this case, she redeemed herself quite nicely and the ending confrontation was just awesome. Seriously, I now love Michelle.

Definitely going to read more by this author Oct 24, M. New York is a very solid, fun vampire novel. This is not the scary vampire type of David Wellington nor do these vampires sparkle. The sex scenes are super hot. There is also a superhero origin element to add to the fun. The climaxes no pun inten The Nightlife: The climaxes no pun intended of the story also hint at how brutal and violent the vampires can be.

There is also a moment where I had a vampire epiphany. Everyone knows vampires are cool; this book made me realize why they are cool. At the beginning of Chapter 15 Aaron states: To be free of the disease of greed driving every moment and motivation. To have power over all you encounter, both physical superiority and the power to live without want.
