Our rebuild cottage was charming and well supplied with furniture and appliances. Xavier is a very friendly host and taking care for his guests. Amazing place, charming cottage and very friendly host. The only minor niggle was that WiFi wasn't working during our visit, but Xavier did say we could access his at the main house if it was needed.

Stunningly beautiful property in an equally beautiful location. We stayed for only two nights. Herve was a super charming host, respectful and considerate but also happy to assist as we needed - for example, we arrived later than expected in the evening on a Sunday and he found and offered to book a restaurant for us which was very nice. There were other little efforts made that made a big difference, like the sheets and towels were refreshingly fragrant, there was a welcome bottle of very nice cider chilled, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and tools.

The sofa bed was wonderfully comfortable - on which I had one of the best siestas of the summer with my kids overlooking the garden, doors wide open. The kids loved playing with the border collie Duke. Kayaking was also close if we wanted - though the siesta won - but we did do a nice hour long bike ride through nice country side. What more can be said - a stay at Xavier's is highly recommended by us if you're considering a place in the area. Nothing negative at all to moan about!

Amazing place, pictures do not reflect exactly how amazing this place is. The place is super nice! Having to go back home again after too short a stay. Extremely well kept property.
