Be That Bitch-Being In Total Control of Herself

I have heard it being used on super achievers.

iTunes is the world's easiest way to organize and add to your digital media collection.

You picked out the weakness in street English and armtwisted it. Or is there no such thing as a female dud? It makes me madder when religion, history, tradition or culture is used to excuse these….

I used to believe the way you believe in God till I was I am clueless about panentheist and deist.. Yes I will need to check up. Nastik is also used as an.. Both words are in existence and quite disparate in their meanings. The problem is I type through cell phone and that makes it very tedious, plus what I say might be diluted by my own interpretation.

Deism—belief that God does not interfere in the workings of the Universe after drafting the fundamental rules laws of physics and axioms of mathematics. Panentheism—God is an all-pervasive force and Universe is the tangible manifestation of this force. All these definitions are petty crude, and oversimplifications, so I suggested that article to you. I am not sure which of these is my belief. Thanks for the link also! May I suggest panentheism? Each type of belief has its subclassifications! You may try finding out!

So, had to post it here. Some words like Paradesi actually means foreigner but some how maybe judging by the tone people assume it is a swear word! I think most of the insults are assumed ones rather than intended ones!! Interesting take on the origin and evolution of the word, bitch. I think it plays to the stereotypes and ends up branding women as commodities.

I absolutely agree Mystic Margarita!

BITCH abbreviation stands for Being In Total Control of Herself

The acronym is only a defiance, to take away the humiliation that a mere word can make us feel. I am sure, the mother in Chocolat would be considered one.. Never knew that this word was also used for women who stood for their rights and refused to surrender their individuality..

It is used by those who are jealous of them. Both, men and women use it. A bitch by any other name would just bite as bad! And when I have, it was in reference only to those I truly believed to be sinister. I hope nobody wants to entirely discount the existence of sinister females. A lot of this is social conditioning… take a look at this.. Ketan all I meant is that the word is used for men also. Just stating a fact Sometimes even affectionately.

But again, my getting that angry that I come down to explitives is exceedingly rare. Such which help one vent their frustration words are short and begin and end with hard syllables. And similarly, dog-ess will also not have the same effect. But yes, even otherwise dog is not taken as that offensive in English. Gender equality according to me is not about overlooking totally the differences. So there are exceptions also who must not be ridiculed and looked at as aberrations. Ketan, generalisations are all I object to. Hope I made sense! Oh ok, if you were only trying to enlist the various connotations associated.

I thought you were also wondering why the term is used in the first place. If everyone agreed with each other, what would we talk about?

BITCH-Being In Total Control of Herself

I, personally would not call anybody that — nor would like to be called that…. I agree with you that we cannot be insulted — if we do not consider something insulting.. Guess thats why the defiant take is so important! Also because in the first place most of the definitions of the word should not even be considered insults. What a woman does in her free time, the kind of relationships she has with the how many men or women is her personal life …. See the following link if it helps.

BUT what you have written was very educational. It is okay to be a Biatch sometimes. No one wants to be called a Bitch. When it is used to offend, it is effective. Reminds me of the woman in Chocolat… Like Like. I would rather stick with non gender specific words and insults which will not be turned into acronyms Absolutely Indyeah!!

I dunno much but I always tell my wife to never trust a male… I always tell her all men are dogs… Even to my a couple of female cousins…!!! Bout the women… ummm…. I like them better!!!! IHM I think its ok and needed to be a bitch at times, and i love the tittle of ur post one of my fav line to people Monika I feel if we stop feeling insulted, nobody can insult us!

Now i understand the term bitch.. Wait, theres one more — P. Where there is a B. It can be your ally but quickly turn against you with a raft of self-sabotaging thoughts, dragging up memories from the past which keep you feeling rubbish. It is easy to get consumed in your own internal dialogue. In turn, this can help pave the way for self-understanding and self-compassion and self-esteem without the need for external praise, gratification or waiting for things to go according to plan.

Focus on what you want - this sounds simple but surprisingly many people are conflicted in what they truly want for themselves. Look at what is important to you. What you value the most. The more specific you are in what you really want, the more you will be able to assess what is getting in the way of achieving your immediate goals.

I find that putting pen to paper and doing a brain dump of my ruminating thoughts helps me to get clear and identify what is actually important to me. Change your energy - when we are going through difficult challenges, we feel stuck in a downward spiral of negative energy. You are not your thoughts - just because you think it, it does not mean it is true. The only person in control of what you think is you. Observe them and let them go. Lean into your fears - what is the worst case scenario of your situation?

My life and everything that touches it….

This question allows you to go to town with your worries, in a constructive way. Instead of worrying aimlessly about something that might not happen, think about the possible negative outcomes which could arise. Ask yourself whether this is something you are prepared to take on? What needs to change in order for the situation to improve. Is this something within your control?
