A thirty page short story that had some steamy sex and interesting interplay with domination by sheer attitude and presence, Bella Ross has penned a fairly successful story. Max is a publishing mogul, Kate is an event planner: Paris is a backdrop without benefit of her beauty: Nor do the characters, arriving partially complete and never really expanding beyond that rough outline despite some cleverly written sex scenes and other small pieces of insight as we are treated to some variance in narration. Missed verb tenses, bad metaphors, and less than fully formed characters should not be the standard for this form.

Character Worksheets
I love her details and characters. Even though they are short reads, you can feel the emotions of the characters. I really liked Kate and Max. You could feel their connection. Max Gray wealthy and hot.. He is determined to win this lady over and have a swealthy hot romance with her in Paris. Not disappointed a must read for those that love romance and surprises.

No list of French books of whatever genre is complete without Madame Bovary. The unfortunate heroine, whose only crime is an endless search for romantic love, gives us some of literature's sexiest moments: Madame Bovary's choice of lovers are 19th-century versions of Bridget Jones's fuckwits. My husband's favourite French book. He says he reads it for the philosophy.
It is the story of a woman getting laid. In just about every position and place imaginable, but mainly Thailand. This book has entertained French boys since publication. I fully expect to find it under my son's pillow in a few years' time. This is the book that justifies any amount of appalling behaviour.

It turns seduction into a game and an art form. While the Anglo Saxons were reading Pride and Prejudice by candle-light, this book was teaching French society how to frolic and seduce. Two strangers meet in a street; dinner follows; candles flicker as the sexual tension burns. A play based on the life of the 17th-century swordsman Cyrano, this is the olden day equivalent of a cyber romance. One Night in Paris is my first. This short story is more erotica than romance although it does have a happy for now ending.
I'd really love a sequel to learn more about this couple. Jacob is a workaholic businessman. While on a tourist bus, he meets the beautiful Annabelle. A fellow Brit, she is going to Cordon Bleu in Paris. Attending culinary school has left her very little time for herself and she takes the tour to learn about the city. The two have chemistry right away.
Over lunch things get steamy. Okay more than steamy. They not only decide to spend the day together but they try to make their sightseeing of Parisian landmarks as sexy as possible. As with many short stories, I was left wishing for more character development.

He decides he is going to take a day off before a big meeting just to enjoy the sights in Paris. She is a saucy little thing that ignites a fire in Jacob. He is acting like a teenager again and he is scared to death. How is he going to handle leaving her for his business trip? Will this little rendezvous last? Oh I hope it does, I hope it does. They are perfect for each other. I love how Lucy takes us on a naughty adventure thru out Paris and throws in some naughtiness along the way.
This story makes me want to become adventurous and a little daring. Lucy is also a little kidder by throwing in a few jokes here and there. You catch yourself laughing out loud quite a bit. I received this book as a gift from the author.
One Night in Paris

All that changes when he meets Annabelle in a layover in Paris though. Their particular brand of sightseeing is something you won't see in any travel guides that's for sure.
This is a sexy short story that is incredibly well written and draws you right into the story. I loved it and I'll certainly never think of Paris in the same way again. This sexy romp will leave you wanting more! Well that, and it'll start giving you ideas on what to try out next with that lover of yours. For a quick read the characters were realistic, fun, and most definitely ambitious.
Yes, this book was short but Ms. Felthouse delivered on all points of perfection.

If you haven't had a chance to read her work, you don't want to miss this novella. This book deserves 5 stars! Mar 30, Shelly rated it it was amazing. If you could have a fling with a beautiful woman in a city of love would you? In this hot story two people come together and end up having a really good time all over famous places in the city of Paris. Will it end or can there be more than just a 24 hour fling? Read one of the most hottest books I've read in a while.
Feb 07, Charlotte Howard rated it it was amazing. Jacob and Annabelle's Parisian tour is definitely not one to be missed. Hot sex and culture all tumbled into one quick read. The characters were believable, and it was great to follow their journey and development. I was a little upset that Jacob didn't know who Tom Hiddleston was, but he certainly knows how to please a woman, so I guess that can be an acceptable flaw.
I loved Annabelle's sense of humour, woven in throughout the story, and the ending Well, I want more. I would defin Ooh la la! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is following the City Nights series, or wants a quick, sexy read.
