ONE PUSH 2 MANY!
I know the Maschine template is pretty good, but it's still not as integrated and intuitive as Push 2 IMO. But still not an advantage over the Push 1? Or does the Jam have a standalone mode? A new wrinkle to add.

November 6 edited November 6. Get a used Push Push 2 for the win. Have you tried touchable yet? Might cover all your bases then you don't need to buy a push. I have found that my workflow has sped up dramatically with the Push - it has gotten me out of the habit of trying out thousands of sounds without making anything.
Rather, I end up putting down ideas immediately and fluently. The Push 2 has a lot of improvement on the original - particularly the build quality. Very nice chassis, screen, and pads - it feels good to the touch, and feels extremely high quality. I do wish it came with some kind of carrying case - for now, I can easily fit the Push and my 13" Macbook Pro into my backpack, but I am searching for something more rugged for flights, etc.
