Was given extra toiletries in a timely fashion. I was cold and a heater was immediately provided. Great location to all of the attractions. Very nice lounge and bar area. We had a family member break out in hives and we called the front desk and asked if they could change the linens. My room had a nice view since i stayed on the 31st floor. Friendly staff at desks, restaurant and bar. Rooms were well appointed, large and clean. The staff at the Marriott is the best. They were very helpful and treat their customers like they are royalty. We had a good view from our window. Our room was next to elevator, too much noise all night.

Coffee should be available free of charge somewhere in lobby area. Room coffe is never good. Really have no complaints, though. Bed was comfortable, staff were very accommodating and place was very clean. Location excellent for our purposes. Good location, friendly and helpful staffs. Gym equipment very well maintained.

Does not come with electric kettle to boil water. The prize was twice as high when you booked through booking. The only problem was that we could hear the train pass. Our room was on the 21st floor, so it was unexpected. The rest was wonderful! All of the above! Too big and crowded. I was not granted late checkout untill I paid and this is frustrating for a person who stayed 6 days in the hotel.

Not sure if my WiFi is free. Room very small for the money. Bathroom made no sense.

Availability

Small and shower had nowhere to set shampoo or any necessities for bathing. Water temperature impossible to regulate. Bed was also not comfortable at all. The man working the door was verbally abusive regarding taxis. Yelling at hotel guests and cab drivers regarding cabs and making threats.
