When I read the synopsis about a woman revealing the future I almost didn't pick it up. Bu Jerry Newton quit being a cop because he couldn't deal with the fact that he wasn't able to save a child from death. But I'm glad I did! That part was really important to the story line and made me glad that Jerry was able to accept what he was told and think outside the box to correct the situation. If you like detective stories, you'll love this one.
