Steamy, sensual, romantic and totally true to what a girl torn between to men would be going through. I know who I've picked for her to be with ; The story gives you more drama and love. More jumping heartbeats as you read and get excited for what's to come. More panting at steamy scenes. Becca does it again with this one, making you love and hate the characters like they were your own friends. Can't wait for the next book. Read book 1 first, or you'll just ruin the books for yourself.

I promise, it's worth it. Secrets continues where Swept left off The main question being - who will Crystal choose? Although some may argue that aspects of the plot are unrealistic, the fact remains that it is fiction and meant to stretch reality into fantasy. The author does that in her newest book. I really enjoyed that she added an element of mystery with a plot twist at the end I didn't see coming.

I do recommend that you read Swept before Secrets. Just as the Swpet was this book was a great read. I love the story and I'm always a sucker for a triangle. Learn more about Amazon Prime. Pick Gabriel for sure!! Ryan is a total loser, but then he goes and does something sweet for Crystal. But, he's really mean to everyone else. Now I have to wait months to see what happens!!! So I wrote another book. I started this one in April of right after I finished Swept. I was excited to get Crystal's story on paper and into the hands of you all. Originally I had different ideas about how this story was going to go.

I didn't quite realize that writing a story is organic and the characters begin to take on a life of their own and develop in ways that I didn't see at the beginning. Gabriel quickly became my favourite. I loved that he was trying hard to change his circumstanc So I wrote another book. I loved that he was trying hard to change his circumstances and do some good in the world.

I liked Ryan too, it was fun to write in "his voice" and bring him to life and show exactly what kind of person he really is. I love Crystal's drive, she's not afraid to go after what she wants and I like that she is trusting even though it might be her downfall. The ending of this book surprised me because it was NOT what I had outlined. I was taking a shower oddly enough I get a lot of ideas in the shower and I saw the final scene and I could hear the conversation and how it would end. I hung on to it and wrote it down. Then I began to struggle with it.

I was doubting it. I didn't want to end this book this way but the story demanded it. I'm still working out how this ending changes my characters and I'm sure they have more surprises for me in store this year as I finish their story.

I hope you all will come along with me for the ride as I work to wrap it up this year. I don't have expected dates other than saying the final two books will come out this year. Crystal will make a choice, and lots will be reveled about their pasts as we go along. I hope you all have enjoyed reading this book as much as I have writing it, and I look forward to reading what you all have to say about it good or bad.
