She even had an app to solve codes! The premise was ludicrous. It tried to bring the contemporary adventure genre to a female readership, but didn't quite get there. BUT, the 7yo enjoyed it. Because her friends like them. And it was a bit exciting. For me, this is a 2-star read.

I felt smarter for reading it feeling I was really learning things about egypt and pyramids. It was also like 2 stories in 1 in such a short enjoyable story. It was about ej12 going to Egypt and finding the missing pyramid maybe by the mysterious agency shadow. It isn't the best book for boys i wouldn't recommend it to boys, but grill go ahead.
