Lady Justice and the Class Reunion

When I started listening to this series I did not start with the first book and have not had any problems. I think the author is extremely witty and the narrator has the perfect delivery for this book and series. This book was so funny in how things were said, I was laughing out loud. I found the story to be very entertaining, engrossing, and most of the characters were endearing.

I also like the fact that the author has some great messages in the books as well. I cannot say which was my favorite scene in the book, as there were several that were so good. My review is not a synopsis of the book, but rather my opinion of it. I highly recommend this book!

I was entertained and laughed several times by this story. The characters are likable and believable. The super those in their 80s seniors show that even though you may have an advanced age you can definitely still get into trouble. The narrator did a fantastic job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene! The author provided me with a complimentary copy of this audiobook with no expectation of a review. Another fast read that I couldn't put down. I stayed up way too late listening to this book. As is typical with all of the Lady Justice books, there was plenty of witty one-liners, comedy, and drama to keep you on the edge of your seat. However, this book Walt and Ox had more cases to solve than usual and this time they had help from some concerned senior citizens in addition to Walt's merry band of misfits.

There was also a brief trip down memory lane when Walt reprised one of his undercover assignment personas. I keep thinking that Mr. Thornhill won't be able to top the book I just listened to and then I'm pleasantly surprised when he proves me wrong every time.

This is one of my all-time favorite series and I can't wait to see what's next! I enjoy these stories, Lady Justice is awsome!

I think the best one yet. I can just see Walt dressed like a chearleader. This story really hits a cord I'm sure with everyone who reads it. This book ranks in the middle of all the books i have listened to so far. Overall it was good, but there were a few parts that seemed to either drag on the story a bit more than really needed, but it was an enjoyable story.

Who was your favorite character and why? I love all the Characters but really enjoy the lady that takes care of his business that he picks up to help with pumpkins. I can't remember her name, i am horrible with names, but i absolutely love her! So pick up a copy of one of his books, meet the gang, and I bet you will be hooked too.

Seeing as this was my first book by this author and there are many of these Lady Justice books , I thought the three elderly gentlemen in the book were regulars and I really liked their characters. Lips are sealed; I won't say more. There was a lot of humor in the book and being close to my 50 year reunion, I did chuckled at a lot of things.

Each story is a standalone listen, yet might have mention of something that took place in a previous story. For example, the previous book was the cruise ship murders and this book mentioned that Walt and Ox were recently back from a cruise. For anyone unfamiliar with this marvellous Lady Justice series, do yourself a favour and try one. No need to start at the beginning, although I would recommend it as it is a very funny introduction to characters who will appear later, but each book is completely stand alone. Easy on the ear and covering a wide range of emotions, especially humour, this book is highly recommended.

Lady Justice and the Class Reunion is another book in the Lady Justice series that is an entertaining read. The author has created a fun series of books with fascinating and colorful characters who make the readers feel right at home with them in each book. Each book in the series touches on some tough and sensitive subjects. In this book there is drug trafficking through young woman. This is a fun series that mystery lovers will enjoy.

I have recommended this series to several friends, and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work. Love the humor,the characters and this book was no disappointment. Loved the premise of a reunion and especially the Elvis impersonator. Now wanting to read next one as always happens when I finish one.

Highly entertaining At turns hilarious, suspenseful, mysterious and horrifying this is a highly entertaining book to read. Very enjoyable and a good way to spend some relaxing down time! I don't usually write reviews but I really enjoyed this book. Being a senior myself 80 I Loved the characters.

Humorous and couldn't put it down. Want to say more but don't want this to be a spoiler. Read it for yourself. It is good when these ripples, even if they are personally painful, help Lady Justice restore balance to our world. I found this book to have just the right balance of action, topical subject matter, and humor! The drug cartel is using young women to smuggle drugs, and how they do it can cause death of the young drug runners. Wanting to help these people get caught, yet wanting to keep his vows as a Priest.

The Padre and two of his friends decide to put out some hints in the hopes the police will figure it out. Walt and gang are hot on the case. Will they get to catch the criminals before more young women turn up missing and dead? Add to this it is Walt's 50th High School Reunion, and he is nominated to lead the decoration committee and to locate school alumni. The plot thickens as a man ends up dead and it appears one of his classmates could be the main suspect. Filled with Laugh out Loud moments, all the lovable characters are back and put in some hilarious situations.
