Copacabana beach is just a few steps away. The receptionist is very nice.

The location is excellent as everything you need is within a two minute walk including a movie theater for those rainy days in Rio. There is very unclean, bathroom is very dirty and smell bad, bed sheets looks like used. Breakfast is very poor and not delicious, coofee is terrible. Wifi doesn't work in room. They paid me more than cost and didn't give me back my money.

I need to wait for that and I still wait! And they tryed to convince me that it's taxes- it's larency!!!!! I like just location. The property is old and poorly renovated. It smells badly due to extreme humidity. Room cleanness was also poor. Staff was prompt to answer my complaints. The facilities might benefit from a renovation. The shower is old. The breakfast is nice and the personal very helpfull.

Rooms aren't cleaned every day. Most days only the bed is made. This is not a problem for me but I wish the waste bins were replaced daily. Nice and cosy room. The hot breakfast choices were limited but okay.

The staff was outstanding especially the bell staff of Antonio and Adilson; they were perfect ambassadors of this hotel. Try to book again for 1night the price more expensive. The cleaning could be improved. It was dirty under the bed, and the extra blanket wasn't clean. The room service took ages and the food was just ok. Excellent for the price.

Very old facilities, not very clean. Just location is good Loide, Brazil. The staff were friendly and the beautiful beach of Copacabana was in a walking distance.

The hotel is really confortable and well located in copacabana, just obe block away from the beach and it has nice restaurants and bars around as well as good linked with transportation.
