April Peveteaux is my spirit animal. After coming across too many books that ignored the third stage of gluten grief - "What do you MEAN I can't ever have another croissant??!? A wide variety of easy recipes that don't require a long list of weird ingredients, a personable author and a reality-based approach to going GF make this book a winner.
